I first encountered the KO fitted new to a 1989 Nissan Safari 4x4 fresh off the boat as a used Japanese import in 1999. 290,000 km later I am on my 3rd set of KOs. Also I am running them on my 1998 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I have never been stuck in mud or snow and have only ever had one puncture. The wear is amazing, 80 to 100,000 km from new down to 3mm tread depth. I find them a quiet running tyre but they do get a bit noisy when the tread wears down below 5-6mm. In short, I love 'em! I can't justify using Mud Terrains because I seldom require anything that aggressive. I'm just a bit annoyed that I can't get a set of KOs in 225-60R18 for my wife's 2011 Suzuki Grand Vitara. Operating conditions: Safari: 265-75R16 on 8" rims. (Australian Spec)* Jeep: 255-70R16 on standard rims (Standard Spec) * Note: Australian spec actually specifies 265-70 section. Have had KO BFGs forever. Life has gotten progressively shorter and now this new version is out with ostensibly better snow performance. Unfortunately they are as noisy as cheap mud grips and do not have same solid dry road feel. I will likely never again by BFG. These are junk am changing to Coopers after 1000 miles. Another example of brand degradation!

I put these tires on my 2014 Ram a week after I got it. Been running these tires for about 45,000 miles and still have a little over half my tread life left. From northern Illinois snow to Kentucky dirt roads. These tires haven't let me down. Not to mention the hauling I have done on and off road with trailers (car hauler and utility). Never been stuck. Have these tires on my truck, and unfortunately they came with the truck. I have had my tires balanced about 6 times within the past 6 months, also had them road force balanced twice and even replaced a tire. I drive mostly highway (85%) and they shake very bad at higher speeds. Cant wait for these things to run raw so I can get me some better tires.

Going on 35,000 on sane set of Ko2 35's. I have driven in dozens of blizzards, taken offroad, and plenty of normal highway, and stop and go driving. The tires are quiet and all four tires have worn evenly and not experiencing any feathering. I'll definitely get at least 50k miles out of this set, and look forward to buying another set before the snow comes again next year.

I only have 20 thousand miles on the tires and they are wore out I have a 2016 f250 I had my tire dealer check my truck out and there is no issue with my truck .Bf goodrich will only give me 43 percent rebate on the tire not acceptable .I won't even bother putting a nother set on I'll pay full price for a better tires

Yes I'm from Minnesota and all I got to say is impressive. I only have 2 285/75 r16 on the rear of my 1999 silverado 4wd and through ice and snow it is impressive. It's better then my Geolander ats-2. I try swinging the rear end of my truck loose and it just so hard for it to break traction and spin around.....this is on packed snow and ice. On snow it's like driving on pavement. On regular street it feels as normal as any tire base on my opinion. All I got to say is awesome BFGOODRICH you guys did an excellent job on this one.....it's going to be hard to come up with something better now. I also love the aggressive look of these tires. If your still wondering if you should buy this....... just get it.... I won't be wasting my time on here writing a review if I didn't love this tire that much.

Gave it 5 stars so more people would read this. The old T/A was best tire on the market. The new KO2 is made with softer rubber. Cuts the tread life in half. If its going on your daily driver you will get about 22,000 - 24,000 max tread life. The old T/A would get 45,000 to 50,000 or more....

I'm not going to lie i love the look i do drive a. lot of road miles and the reviews worry me a bit. But I'm one to read between the lines. I see BF Goodrich responds to reviews so I'm hoping i get a good set and we will see. I was looking for a wear rating because of the shops website I'm getting them from didn't show a milage rating. I normally buy a different brand and they are rated 5K more miles but not as aggressive looking and not a 10 ply. Giving them a shot will hopefully update with a great experience

I have not been to happy so far with these tires. I drive a 08 chevy 2500 duramax. These tires seem to sway quite a bit. The tread seems to soft for a heavy truck. I also pull a 31 ft toy hauler and these tires seem to wonder all over the road. At first I thought it was a steering problem so I went and got it all checked out everything seems tight. I have only put on about 6,000 miles on these tires and they are wearing quickly. I might get 15,000 miles out of them.
