Yes I'm from Minnesota and all I got to say is impressive. I only have 2 285/75 r16 on the rear of my 1999 silverado 4wd and through ice and snow it is impressive. It's better then my Geolander ats-2. I try swinging the rear end of my truck loose and it just so hard for it to break traction and spin around.....this is on packed snow and ice. On snow it's like driving on pavement. On regular street it feels as normal as any tire base on my opinion. All I got to say is awesome BFGOODRICH you guys did an excellent job on this one.....it's going to be hard to come up with something better now. I also love the aggressive look of these tires. If your still wondering if you should buy this....... just get it.... I won't be wasting my time on here writing a review if I didn't love this tire that much.

I been buying bf goodrich for a long long time, mid 1980's. The all-terrain on a seperate set of rims and bf goodrich TRUCK TA for non winter months back around 1986. (since mergers, Truck T/A no longer available) I wanted the solid white letters and selection as I recall was BF Goodrich only. Also my muscle car also had T/A on it. Anyways I have close to 40,000 on the ko2 and they are at 3/32, very noisy, dispite 5000 mile rotation and no uneven wear. How I see other comments stating many more miles on them is confusing to me. Anywhy, since the mid 1980's I think a change in choice is coming. Every time I bought a new 4-wheel vehicle, i worked with the dealer to get the tires swapped out for the bf goodrich. Not satisified.

i bought these tires after hearing all the jazz about them from the BFG employees here in Tuscaloosa. little did i know the cheap Cooper Tires i had on my truck where better and lasted longer. i have 30k on the tires and they are done, they also wore unevenly, i replaced ball joint and tie rods in my truck thinking that was the problem but come to find out the tires would not balance. take your hard earned money elsewhere.

I first encountered the KO fitted new to a 1989 Nissan Safari 4x4 fresh off the boat as a used Japanese import in 1999. 290,000 km later I am on my 3rd set of KOs. Also I am running them on my 1998 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I have never been stuck in mud or snow and have only ever had one puncture. The wear is amazing, 80 to 100,000 km from new down to 3mm tread depth. I find them a quiet running tyre but they do get a bit noisy when the tread wears down below 5-6mm. In short, I love 'em! I can't justify using Mud Terrains because I seldom require anything that aggressive. I'm just a bit annoyed that I can't get a set of KOs in 225-60R18 for my wife's 2011 Suzuki Grand Vitara. Operating conditions: Safari: 265-75R16 on 8" rims. (Australian Spec)* Jeep: 255-70R16 on standard rims (Standard Spec) * Note: Australian spec actually specifies 265-70 section. I have not been to happy so far with these tires. I drive a 08 chevy 2500 duramax. These tires seem to sway quite a bit. The tread seems to soft for a heavy truck. I also pull a 31 ft toy hauler and these tires seem to wonder all over the road. At first I thought it was a steering problem so I went and got it all checked out everything seems tight. I have only put on about 6,000 miles on these tires and they are wearing quickly. I might get 15,000 miles out of them.

I have had these tires on my Toyota Hilux since 6 months and had driven around 2500 km so far. I am extremely pleased with the durability and traction on dry / gravel / asphalt / rocks. It is also very quiet at the highway speeds. I was expecting to be more loud to be honest. The tire performs well under rain as well. I had a minor issue in mud and my truck was stuck however we managed to get it out after a few tries. I didn't have the chance to try on snow yet. This tire is of course not a professional mud tire but it pretty much covers everything you need and it gives you the feeling that it will last for a long time. I recommend it to any truck / SUV drivers who drive on different surfaces and who would like to have a tire for all seasons.

I drive a 2008 Toyota Tacoma. I bought a set of BF All Terrains for my truck almost as soon as it hit 40,00 miles because the factory tires where shot. My truck now has 116k miles on it and these tires honestly still have a little life in them. I rotated them every 10k miles and never tow anything. I'm sure I could have gotten a solid 80k out of them but I typically replace my tires when they start getting questionable just to be safe. Also the set I had were the KO not the KO2 but I'm sure there basically the same thing. Great tire loved it!!!

It's obvious that most of these 1 star ratings are people who never rotate their tires or get proper alignments. Each tire is over 20 lbs more than stock and i have no problems with power, even with my 4 banger. In town mpg have been the same. On the highway its barely noticable, maybe 1 mpg less. Off roading is where you really notice your money's worth. If you spend a majority of your time on pavement but want something capable off road these tires are it. A little bit more noisy but A LOT quieter than mudders. Did I mention they look great? I can't wait to get these on snow. My only complaint is that I wish they made it in the 225/70/17 Like the older ko's or in 235/65/17 Like Hankook's and some others all terrain tire. Expensive, yes, but worth every penny.

I’ve Always bought these all terrain BF since 86’ on all my trucks I purchased in life... many sets bought and loved A+ every pair.... My 03’ Super-duty Ford 350 , which is stick / 6 speed single rear wheel, bought’new and still own.. went through a couple of sets of BF -all terrains on that truck.... 295 /70/ 16 rim , with the technology of these new tires .... KO2 these tires are like glue in the rain.... they stick and roll perfect ... balanced good ...grip is outstanding on or off road , Snow is never a problem..Never going to switch tire brands... !!! Sorry to other companies

I just replaced my mickey thompson tires with bfg ko2 in 37". On my first trail ride one of my front tires got a torn sidewall. I have done this trail many times its not a really tough one. Never had a flat before. I was hoping these has good sidewalls but i guess not.
