My toddler has been using this lunch box for 8 months and it works great to keep the food fresh with no leakage. However the seal needs to be cleaned immediately as mold may grow fast. I contacted customer service and got fast responses and a replacement. The warranty really works!

I purchased the Bentgo Kids Prints Lunchbox for my daughter I could not be happier with my purchase! We got it in the puppy love print to match her Bentgo lunch bag, ice packs, water bottle, utensils and backpack. We did the mermaid scale print when she was in Montessori school through 1st grade and for 2nd grade this year, we went with the puppy print. I bought the unicorn print lunchbox for my 5 year old daughter in January 2023. We love all the features specially being leak proof. The size of each compartment is perfect. A couple of months ago we had a problem with one of the hinges coming off on one side. We have no idea how did it happen since the rest of the lunchbox is intact. I recently contacted customer service and got an almost immediate response. They will send me a replacement lunchbox at no cost. I am very happy with this company.

We love love our bentgo boxes. My 4 year old uses one every day for lunch. The separate compartments are perfect for picky little ones like mine. We did have one issue come up with the bentgo kids where the insert would not latch into the outer shell after about a year of use. I simply emailed the company and they offered to ship out a replacement box at no cost to me. Truly their customer service dept goes above and beyond. We will always be bentgo customers.

It took forever to find a lunchbox that my son would like, let alone be able to open and close easily on his own. Bentgo’s compartments allowed us to easily pack him food without worrying about things getting smushed, mixed up or leaking. Fruit and veggies stayed fresh and crunchy! We also got the colorful ice packs to help keep things cold for summer camp. Love it!

I picked out the purple one for my little one and bedazzled it with all sorts of cool stickers and she LOVES it! I love it too; I love that when I'm lazy, I can put the tray in the dishwasher; I love that it's easy to clean when I'm NOT being lazy. Her all or nothing method of eating made this the perfect choice for us because I can cram it full of delicious things and if she doesn't eat them at school, they're still perfectly intact for an after-school "snack". I hmmm'd and haw'd about which one to go with but I'm glad I picked this one because it can hold a whole sandwich with separate compartments for other yummy things!

Have had these for over a year and they’ve held up very well. I can fit plenty of food for my 4 year old’s lunch and the divided sections make it easy to get creative with food options! Customer service is also very good - prompt responses to my inquiries and very helpful.

I really recommend this lunch box to parents with little kids. I really like the proportions and that it has 5 spots for different foods. I often pack some extra snacks. We have not had any spills, are easy to clean and really are leak-proof! They are Super cute; and I can see them lasting a long time...if future issues arise the warranty is there! I work in an elementary school. These boxes are all the rage. When I noticed my daughter was one of the only kids not to have one, I had to get her one. I love how easy it is to pack lunch each day. I do not have to look for different Tupperware for all of the different items I send in for her. I love that the compartments are air tight and do not leak into one another (I can put in Ranch without it getting all over everything). I highly recommend!

I bought the kids bentgo In July of 2021. We have used it borderline everyday since then. I love this thing, it was easy for my kindergartner to open, I have never had a problem with leaking, my child loves all the options he has for lunch and I love not having to use bags for everything. It recently broke, I sent an email and in 12 hours they placed a new one in the mail! I’ll be a customer forever!
