I got the bentgo lunch box for my little one and he LOVES it. Sadly a latch broke off and I contacted the customer service to see if that issue would be covered in the product warranty. Not only was it covered, the customer service that I have received from Ria was prompt and GREAT. Definitely would be purchasing another one. I have never had such great customer service. Thank you sooo much.

I use Bentgo boxes for all three of my elementary school kids. They are able to open the box easily and each fits nicely into a lunch bag. When one accidentally threw away a divider piece at lunch, Bentgo was responsive and helpful in replacing it. Very happy with the product and customer service.

Also i like that there are different compartments to use and also that you can take out main part to get it cleaned. I’ve loved Bentgo since I was gifted one a few years back. That one got lost during a move, so I had to replace it when my kid started school. Within just a few months, the closure snaps started to disintegrate, and when I contacted customer support, I got an immediate response letting me know I’d have my replacement within days and that I didn’t need to take any further action. Not only did they get the replacement to me with no issue, it arrived within just a few days right during Christmas, the busiest shipping time of the year! I really appreciate the way Rosa was able to help me so quickly and easily. I was a little annoyed at first when the snaps began to fall apart but mainly because I know these to be good quality products. Bentgo backs that up with their customer service and replacement policy.

My 6 year old has two different ones of these... they are great for her lunch (enough for her to eat, and the divider gives flexibility if she wants one "big" thing like a sandwich or a salad, rather than more smaller amounts of food. We lost the divider and they are replacing it for free. Customer service was quick and responsive! Even though this is plastic, I know my daughter will use these for a long time, and I am very happy with this purchase!

This product has been a game changer with packing lunch for my now six year old. We purchased this last year to help with packing lunch. This helps us to get a variety of each group into the lunches at a good portion. Thus product is leak proof and sturdy. It was worth the Investment.

We received 3 of these lunch boxes as gifts for our kids and have used them every school day since. The convenience of not having to use multiple containers (never mind having to find the matching lids) is wonderful. It was relatively easy to get the kids to wash their Bentgo boxes as part of their back from school routines. Looking into the larger versions as the eldest is almost a teen. A wonderful product and a company that backs its product perfectly.

My child used Bentgo Boxes last year for school. This year we tried the stainless steal ones. I love them because they are spacious and easy to clean. However, my kids found them to be too heavy to carry around in their backpacks. Bentgo has amazing customer service, which is why I will continue to buy their products, and are working with me to get something that will better suit my kids.

We bought our bentgo well over a year ago, and one of the latches broke. I contacted customer service to request a shell replacement at my expense. They went above and beyond and are replacing the whole bentgo container as no cost to me. I will forever be a bentgo customer!

I've used a lot of lunch boxes over the years, but my favourite has always been the Bentgo! When my kids started kindergarten, Bentgo kids was the box to use. It was truly leakproof - not even soy sauce spilled! The latches never broke, and it was easy for small hands to open and close. I was able to use it for 6 years!! When my kids outgrew the Bentgo kids, I had to get the Bentgo Fresh. The kids loved the colours, the size was perfect for their needs, and it even had a divider should I need to separate their food. I always tell my family and friends to go with Bentgo whenever they are looking for lunch boxes!
