We bought a set of a lunchbox and a cup back in August. Unfortunately the lunchbox started to mold and the bottle straw was easily damaged. However, customer service was contacted and they quickly sent a replacement and were able to assist us with our concerns and gave us tips for caring for them in the future.

We bought our Bentgo when my children started preschool and 2.5 years later we have six Bentgo that we use daily for school lunch. Now my kids are in elementary school and love them. No leaks or spills and easy for kid use. We wash them in the dishwasher and they still look just like the day we got them. I cannot recommend enough!

This box was gifted to my LO who started daycare not to long ago and can I just say, “WOW!” It’s super convenient, offers room for options, which is especially helpful for a little one still testing foods. I love the large compartments, the ability to microwave and the ease of cleaning. This will be a staple in for years to come!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the product the other day and immediately put it to work. The Fresh Version 2 is built of strong plastic and ut is easy to travel with. There are four compartments in several size portions. This is great for having a well balanced lunch. I would easily recommend this product for those who bring food and snacks to work.

We recently went on a family trip and took our Bentgo Fresh lunch boxes with us. At some point, we lost the divider that went inside. Upon arriving back home, I emailed the customer service team and inquired where I could purchase a new one. They were beyond helpful! I will continue to buy this brand for all my kiddos!

Our daughter is now 7 and has been using Bentgo Kids boxes since she was 3. We use the box literally every day for packing her school lunch during the week and snacks/lunch on weekends. She likes a variety of food in one sitting and this box is perfect with its different compartments that keep everything separate. It stores all food extremely well with the exception of red spaghetti sauce. We use a different container for that because the tomato seems to stain the inner seal of the Bentgo and it’s hard, near impossible to wash out. But tilt them sideways, jostle them around, these boxes never leak and each food remains in its compartment. The quality of the plastic is excellent, smooth to the touch. The rubber trim on the outside is great for holding the box in place on a table or when sitting with it on your lap. If there’s not enough space to eat with the top flipped open, you can just pop the food tray out. That having been said, she is now on her third box, soon to be fourth. So they do eventually need to be retired. And they are not the cheapest box on the market. But in my experience Bentgo honors their 2-year warranty, as long as you can provide documentation for the purchase and the problem. I was surprised to read that others unfortunately have not had the same smooth experience with this process. We had a latch break on one after 23 months and mildew develop along an inside compartment seal of another. The first was replaced even at 23 months, and the other is currently being replaced, so with the replacements maybe it would be more correct to say we are on our “second” box. My daughter’s father initially balked at the price. But between the box’s durability, ease of use, and Bentgo honoring their replacement policy, even he feels they are very worth the price and would recommend them. She may need a bigger box next year. When she does, I will definitely take be taking a close look at Bentgo’s other products and the reviews.

I bought three boxes for my daughters. They love them! They do not leak. They keep food fresh. They are easy to open. One of them had an issue with the seal after heavy use for a few months, and customer service was phenomenal. I sent a photo of the boxes seal, a photo of the receipt, and the model of the box, and they sent a replacement within 12 hours of my email. I will definitely be recommending Bentgo to everyone I know!

I purchased a lunch box for my little girl. She loves seeing all her options when she opens the box. But this mama did not follow directions. I put both pieces in the dishwasher (insert a HUGE sad face!!!) the outer portion is NOT dishwasher safe. I melted it. Totally my fault. It’s labeled (saw after the meltdown) I called on a whimp and Bentgo is replacing for me. Unbelievable!! I ran and purchased TWO more. Now I wouldn’t be melting those, but will know from here on out the company stands behind their products! Thanks Bentgo!!

We have had this for about a year now and it's easy for my kids to pack their own lunches because they use the compartments as a guide for healthy food choices. Entree, fruit, veggie, something crispy, and usually use the middle circle for cut up cheese. The only issue we have had is the rubber seal getting mold on it but customer service has been easy to work with.

I bought the set of 2 from Costco and loved it at first, but it is unfortunately not “leak-proof” as it claims. I had pasta salad in one of the compartments and by the time I got to work, my bag and it’s contents was covered with the vinaigrette. I had it latched properly so that was a bummer, but at least now I know. Also, if someone sees something in the photos that indicates I did not latch it properly and that caused the leak, please let me know!!
