Had problems with the latch of my son's bentgo box, so I contacted the company and they offered to replace it even tough I didn't have my receipt anymore.

We love Bentgo lunch box, this one is our favorite. We love design and this lunch box has many sanctions so I can give to my son different food. It leakproof and easy to wash. The best lunch box!

I bought 3 sets almost a year ago and they've been great for school lunches. My daughter damaged one of the latches and customer service was very easy to deal with to get a replacement.

I've had this for 8 months and the latches broke off. It wasn't dropped or anything, so I'm not sure how it happened. Thankfully, there is a warranty and I'm hoping to get a new one.
