We bought three of these a year ago when our son started preschool. We have found it a perfect way to pack his lunch every day. The separate sections are a fun way to present his lunch, and we don’t have to worry about using ziploc bags or other disposables to pack his snacks. Our 3 year old finds it easy to open and eat from on his own.

We are huge bentgo fans! The compartments make it fun and easy to pack a variety of snacks. Completely leak proof!! My son recently dropped and cracked his box. Dealing with customer service was fast and easy! Even tho our warranty didn’t cover the drop. They offered to send a replacement at no cost.

We bought Bentgo lunch boxes for our kids last year and we love them. They are convienent, easy to clean, (we put ours in the dishwasher and they have held up nicely), leak proof and compact. I love that I am not using ziplock bags and other disposible plastic in my kids lunches anymore.

I bought two of the boxes recently and one of the straps on one broke off. I was a bit nervous about this since the products don’t have any visible serial or product number on them. I got in contact with the company and was wowed the experience. I found out the products have a two year warranty on them and I got the broken one replaced at no cost to me. The person on the other line was very courteous and helpful. I didn’t really have a firm opinion on Bentgo, but I am a huge promoter now. Great company!

My kids have been using various versions of these boxes for over two years now and we love them! They are great for hiking, school and other outings. They seem like the perfect size for toddler portions. We had one issue after almost daily use where the latch broke on the outer case. Customer service was good and offered to replace it for us. Definitely recommend this product.

Bentgo 5 compartment lunchbox - well made, lasted, and dishwasher safe. Allows variety of foods. Recently upgraded to bentgo modern - appreciate the removable divider and additional space; however easily warped in the dishwasher. Outer shell is not dishwasher safe.

8 years and counting my kids, nieces and nephews all use this box daily for school lunch ! They love it and I love the customer service we just received! One of our boxes failed where the latches connect- the bar/ridge that it latches to stripped away. It was within the 2 year warranty so I reached out to customer service. In one business day I had a reply and a resolution. I provided the necessary feedback and a new box is already on its way. Bentgo support was efficient, effective and pleasant to work with!! We purchased this bentgo for our son to use during his year of kindergarten. This box has been amazing because it’s deeper than the children’s version and you can still put little containers and silicone items in there with food. It has room for everything and more and we’ve even use it on our travels. I purchased the kids version for first grade and decided to return it and continue to use this one, that’s how much we like it. Highly recommend!

This is such a quality lunch box you can’t go wrong. Tested the leak proof claim and it didn’t spill a drop. My son loves the design and is really proud of it. He has shown it off to others a few times. He likes to help pack his lunch for school and deciding which food goes where so that's been fun. I like it so much that I'm going to buy my husband's and mine, too.

My son really like his lunch box as it has lots of section. Over the school year, part of the rubber became black in one section and wouldn't come out. I reached out to the customer service support team and the representative was supportive in helping to get a new lunch box out to me. The process was very smooth and I am very appreciative to the representative.
