I used these lunchboxes for my pre-k and kindergarten girls. We have 2 of the boxes and it is a perfect set up to prep 2 lunches at a time and store them; I love that the girls are able to open & close the boxes without assistance and the bag is perfect for sending the box to school. The girls loved all the designs and had a difficult time picking their favorite. When one of the snaps broke, customer service was exceptional and quickly got a replacement in the mail to us We will be using these boxes for years to come!

I love all the features of this lunch box, my son is on the spectrum for autism and has a very selective diet, I love that it conveniently has individual compartments for food, while keeping it from spilling or touching all while keeping food fresh. It’s design is very sleek and durable. I also love the fact I don’t have a cupboard full of containers! I’m very happy with my purchase. A piece did break off and wasn’t latching securely, I reached out to costumer service and juliene was kind enough to make a replacement for us. Great product !!

I got two of these to pack my daughter's lunches in, and they are very good. They are sturdy and well made and it's nice to have the different compartments. I would recommend them. That being said, there are a lot of areas where there could be minor improvements. - The removable tray is dishwasher safe but the outer shell does not say that it is dishwasher safe. However the lid does come in contact with the food. This means that you still have to hand wash something. You could put the outer shell in the dishwasher anyway but with the top and bottom attached together it is quite large. - The two clasps do not guide themselves into place, you have to press down on the lid so it is fully closed before snapping the clasps. If you do not, they will go above the snap point and do nothing (though they will look closed). We often end up with one clasp properly locked and the other above the snap point. - The removable tray has "pockets" on both sides, obviously on the main side for the food but also on the reverse side as an effect of the manufacturing process. This means that no matter which way you put it in the dishwasher, water (and food gunk) will fill up one set of pockets. - The way the external clamshell is designed the removable tray can almost fit in the bottom or the top or it can even almost fit rotated around, but the box will only close if the tray is in the 1 correct position. This means that in the morning when you're getting lunch packed and feeding kids breakfast, you have a 1 in 4 chance of getting the tray in the right way on your first try.

I have loved these lunch boxes for years when I was a preschool teacher, and I finally got to buy one for my own toddler this year. She loves her unicorn bentgo box and the compartments make it easy for mom to pack her a variety of foods for preschool! I didn’t know until tonight that the company is wonderful and responsive when they replied and problem solved immediately a piece that I wanted to replace. I will continue to buy and recommend their products :)

I bought this the beginning of the school year, and so far it has been Great I love that it's very spacious I can fit alot of food and bonus the separator gives you an extra compartment when needed. It's also leak proof wich is perfect for my 3 year old to handle. We have all bentgo products from lunch bags to water bottles and snack boxes.

My kids have used their Bentgo lunch box for several months now and we've been impressed with the quality and ease of cleaning. The size of the dividers makes sense with the different food groups that our kids eat in their school lunch. Also, I think the presentation of the food makes it look more appealing and fun for the kids. I would highly recommend this lunchbox for any families looking for the new school year!

I bought one of these for each of my 3 kids and just love the product. It’s easy to wash in the dishwasher, keeps soups from spilling with it’s seal, and keeps all compartments separate. My kids actually enjoy seeing what’s inside each day. It reduces my waste of plastic bags and the school helpers don’t throw it away like they did my Tupperware containers. My favorite thing about these though is the customer service. One of my 3 products broke and I called them because I heard that they have a 2 year warranty on their products. They made getting a replacement one an absolute breeze. As a busy working mom, that won my loyalty even more. Just order it, I promise you won’t regret it.

My 2.5 year old twins got these lunchboxes for Christmas last year and introduced us to the Bentgo brand and I couldn’t be more grateful. These are great for packing lunch or snacks for preschool. I HATE hand washing so the fact that the inside is dishwasher safe makes this a favorite for me. And the kids who are terrible at sharing right now love having their own lunchbox that they know is theirs. Preschool loves that it’s easy to tell what belongs to my kids because everything matches! One child is all sharks and the other all puppies. Highly recommend.

I reached out and asked for replacements for our 2 bentgo boxes and they have deformed and no longer close. In order to receive replacements, I was told to send pictures, then told to send the product code, and now told I must leave a review. I was quite happy with them before, and had even planned to buy 2 more, but after this process, I am not sure about that.
