Our Bentgo has been an awesome lunchbox for our 4 year old. It’s a fun lunchbox that fits a variety of food, and has been perfect for all of his daycare lunches. He’s used it over the past 2 years but we’ve only recently experienced issues with the lunchbox not latching properly. I reached out to customer service and they have been extremely prompt and helpful. We had our Bentgo registered for warranty, and although we have misplaced our receipt with proof of purchase, the team has been amazing and courteous honouring the warranty and sending us a replacement. We love this lunchbox and will purchasing the next age up soon. We strongly recommend this company!

I’ve had my Bentgo boxes for a couple of years. We use them everyday. They hold up in the dishwasher well. Recently the back hinge became unsnapped. They are so well built I had to call the company to figure out how to get it popped back in. Their customer service is top notch and responded right away and went above and beyond to accommodate me!

I love all the Bentgo products and have the whole collection! This one is my go-to for packing lunches for work. It helps me keep my portions balanced and under control, while making me feel like I had a full and complete meal. Thanks for the great products Bentgo!

I bought my first bentgo 3 years ago and love sending these leakproof lunches with my son to prek. He can easily open it himself and put it away without assistance which is every teachers dream. Thanks for great customer service and an awesome product.

This product is amazing! I purchased this for my toddler to use at daycare. The daycare actually suggested it. I love that the clips are easy for her little fingers to open and everything is in one place! She doesn’t have to open multiple things! I also love that the tray can easily be popped into the dishwasher! I love the portion size! It helps me to not send too much food! I’ve had friends have issues with the silicone portion (that seals the box on the top) staining when they send any kind of marinara sauce, but I’ve gotten around that! If I send anything that I think might stain the silicone on the box, I cover the top of tray with press-n-seal before closing and sealing the box. This way, the press-n-seal protects that silicone when you finally close the box to seal it. I always use a plastic wrap of some sort on the top of the tray before I close to seal the box! Note: press-n-seal works best for sauces. Make sure not to use the press-n-seal every time though! Rotate it between regular plastic wrap, because the press-n-seal will leave a sticky residue over time that you’ll need to scrub off. So, unless your sending a sauce, just use regular plastic wrap! This product is easy to clean, pack, and carry! It keeps the warm stuff warm and the cool stuff cool! I also love their customer support! They are super helpful with replacements if there is ever an issue! I called them about a replacement part for our Bentgo Fresh box and they had me taken care of so quickly! They were so incredibly kind and easy to work with! I don’t think I’ll ever use another product! At first, I was worried about the cost, but it’s definitely worth the money!

My 3 year old loves this Lunch box and bring it to daycare every day and it has been amazing as there was no leakage. I also love it as it has really great portion sizes and easy to clean. I have always been handwashing the lunchbox but I decided a couple of weeks ago just to put it in dishwasher as the instruction said it's safe to put it in the dishwasher. However, after going through the dishwasher cycle, a strong detergent smell would stick to the lunch box and would not go away even though I soaked it in vinegar or Baking soda. I contacted the Customer service for some advice and they were immediately super helpful and replaced the box with a new one with no trouble at all. Amazing customer service!!!

We have had our Bentgo boxes for years and they have been great. They keep the kids' food cold and fresh and make it easy to take meals on the go. After four years, we had a small issue with one of the seals and called customer service to get advice. Even though the product was well past the warranty period, they stood by their product and replaced it no questions asked. A great experience all the way around. Highly recommend.

Bentgo is the only lunch box I've used for my daughters since they were in preschool at 3 yrs old. After searching lunch box options I came across Bentgos and I'm so glad I did! They are now in Elementary school and continue to use Bentgo. They tell me how it puts a smile on their face when they open it and they love eating from them. The way the sections are divided is perfect. It allows for a variety and its always fun to get creative, including the fruits and vegetables. As a parent, it is so fulfilling to see that they're eating all their lunch, and the Bentgos definitely work out great!

I have purchased two of these for my 3 and 7 year old and love them! My son loves that he has everything in one container and so many options, it makes lunch time fun for him. We also use them for snacks while traveling or just a day out. It keeps the food in one place and you have no leaks. Amazing quality...

My 7-year old absolutely loves her Bentgo Fresh Lunch Box and I love how it fits just the perfect amount of her lunch and snacks. I also appreciate that it allows me to keep food separate with the help of the insert since my daughter does NOT like her food touching other food. I would recommend anyone looking for a lunch box to purchase this one, its made of a great quality so it will last for years to come and comes in so many cute colors/designs that allow kids to express themselves during lunchtime.
