They are thinner socks which is what I wanted so that was a good thing to me. And even though they are on the thin side they don't feel cheap, the quality is there. The best thing is that after walking my dog 4 and a 1/2 miles they were still in place and didn't slide off of my heel.

EXCELLENT no show socks; my feet run hot and these breathe; are super-comfortable like I am wearing nothing; stay put when working out; I wear them with athletic shoes; loafers; even boots-- During and after Covid I could not find my go to no show socks and after trying other brands I found these at Sams and I LOVE THEM-- I bought multiple packs just in case they disappear!!
