Feast From the East Sesame Dressing has a very delightful smell especially if you like the smell of sesame. I was able to try the dressing on a homemade green salad. The taste of sesame was just the right amount. It almost reminded me of the dressings at some of the Hawaiian restaurants. Absolutely the best dressing for Chinese chicken salad. It's simply the best that I have ever had. Shake well and pour quickly in order to ensure the full flavor but use sparingly as a little goes a long way. I made my awesome Chinese chicken salad using another Asian dressing because this one is difficult to find and what a mistake. It's also great to use it in place of oil when simmering veggies or fish and it makes for a great dip for wontons or steamed dumplings. Feast From The East Original Sesame Dressing is a seemingly light dressing. In the bottle it looks to be a light vinegar dressing. The price isn't bad for the quantity, and although I do usually like sesame dressings, this one I did not enjoy. It tasted really oily and felt slimy in my mouth. This dressing is surprisingly tasty. It is perfect for a chinese salad. I also used it in lettuce wraps and with tofu. Follow directions on the bottle for shaking before opening, otherwise it will just taste like oil.
