This dressing reminds me Chinese Chicken Salad from Rascals. It's well balanced between sweet and sour. It was a little too much of sesame oil there for me. Otherwise, I really liked it. I tried it with romane lettuce and spring mix. I liked it more with the romane lettuce. The flavor of the dressing goes really well with the crispness and thickness of the romane lettuce. You have to shake it really well and poor it immediately to get the best flavor out of it. It is like having a homemade Chinese Chicken salad at your fingertips.
