I bought $100 worth of gift cards when I was pregnant so that I could enjoy a nice meal once I could eat sushi again. I took my husband and parents to dinner here as a thank you for being so supportive but when I went to use these I was told by the staff that there was no money on them. They called the manager over and implied I was trying to scam them. After being embarrassed I told them I would pay the full amount on my credit card and to please give back the gift cards so that I could contact Sam’s about the mistake. Instead they took the $100 of the total bill and berated me like I was a child saying that I should buy gift cards from more reputable companies. This used to be my favorite restaurant. Now I won’t go back after being humiliated in front of my family and a restaurant of staring customers. Do not buy!
