I bought this in February. I only used it three times went to go use it today and it won’t turn on or charge I will never buy again it’s a piece of crap

Just updated from an 8th-gen. and not all overly enthused. Battery doesn’t last much longer than the older model. Screen touch is too sensitive, especially in the lower right corner, and maybe because the little larger screen goes more to the edges. Sound isn’t any louder. Speed isn’t any faster. Would prefer to keep using my 8th but gifted it to my grand-daughter, so I cannot take it back at this point. I needed more bytes so I thought since the 10th-gen offered this and with it being a newer model the development would be better but it lacks that. Now I am stuck with it, ugh.
