We had the Member's Mark comparable pan and felt that, although it did the job very well, it was heavier than we wanted it to be and, for its size, difficult to manage without two-hand capability. Our solution was to try the Starfrit. And, it works wonderfully! You don't have to turn the heat up as high, cleans up quick, lighter than the MM pan and with the opposite handle transfers from stove to tabletop easily! Comparably priced...We love it!

Wonderful. A nontoxic, nonstick, dishwasher safe, and oven safe do-it-all pan. It's heavy enough to be sturdy and heavy duty, but not super heavy like iron pans. You can feel the "rock" texture inside the pan which I like. So many imposters try to pass off regular nonstick by giving it a speckled appearance. This IS the newer, better non-stick! It seems well balanced and is big enough for a one pan meal, but I wish itcame with a lid. It's too big for a standard 12" lid. It's big enough that storing it in a little kitchen would be much easier if it had two "ear" handles. I do appreciate they did put one ear handle along with the long pan handle. I may contact the company to ask if they can ship me an extra ear handle for easier cleaning and storage. I'll also ask if they can recommend a lid proven to be an accurate fit. I received it yesterday and I will update my review if my opinion changes away from the original 5 star rating.

Cooks food well without sticking, its deeper rather than wider then my old pan. Well made, I like it

Excellent extra large pan! Definitely larger than size indicated - closer to 14” diameter. Food does not stick and easy clean up.

Great size pan for making a large quantity. Deep sides which is really good for those one pan recipes.
