Usually amazing, but these were stale

I purchase these in bulk buying 6-10 packages each time. The past three times I have gone there to purchase, these small croissants are several shades darker than the larger ones.  It's like they are over baked. Their texture is effected and is tougher to chew.

Great so many recipes you can use them in.  I love the them in bread pudding, stuffing  and     croutons, topping for casseroles and breakfast sandwiches.
