These mini croissants are the perfect size to serve as dinner rolls. I brought them to Thanksgiving dinner this year. They loved them!

Outstanding croissants. They were a big hit at my parents 50th wedding anniversary party and I was asked numerous times where I got them.

Something has changed over the years with these but I just can’t pinpoint it. Still good but a bit different.

It used to be softer, but now it's hard. This could mean it's been there too long, though the date on the package shows it should be fresh.
