Croissants

Our family love to buy the croissants from Sam’s and today I picked up one package . Let’s just say it was the worse I have ever eaten. It was so stale. The inside was so dry and hard . I have never had a bad experience at Sam’s until today. The thing is, the label says it was package April 13 and won’t go bad until the 16th. So my only conclusion is they repackaged it. Very disappointed to learn that I can’t trust the bakery department when it comes to their croissants.

I have been buying these mini croissants for many years - we love them! I bought some last week and it seems like they changed the recipe. They have almost no butter taste like they used to have. Does anyone know if they did indeed change the recipe? CHANGE IT BACK - PLEASE!!!

I used to love these croissants but not any more. Now days they taste nothing but EGGS. Very nasty.. they smell like eggs and stink like eggs. Back in the days Sam’s clubs croissants were delicious. They need to be easy on the eggs or maybe add some vanilla extract or nutmeg to cut down on the smell.
