I justed wanted a printer not attached to computer this works great!!!! Have fax if needed....

In service for 4 years and not a single problem. It has been totally neglected and performing solidly in our small business environment. I am happy to see that it is still in production. Great product.

This printer really is just a printer nothing more. toner is really cheap. I call her my work horse printer. I print an insane ammount. I dont not use the fax part. The copy part is ok but not for doing a bunch of papers through the feeder.

I've been using this Faxphone L190 for over a year and it is very reliable. It prints quickly as my main pc printer, is a backup for our larger copy machine when it is in use, and delivers good quality prints - including double sided printing. A little slow if you are faxing, but a lot faster than some similarly priced fax machines out there - adjusting the settings to your needs can help speed up a lot of the functions. Good toner yield as well. Great for the price and the needs of our office. I do wish there was a feature built in to interface the fax to my pc so I can preview possible junk faxes without having to print them and waste paper... but for the price and functionality, it's not so big of a deal.

This product works fine for faxes, printing, and copying. Disappointed That it will not scan to my computer. Would have been helpful.

Machine is noisy when faxing seems to go through a lot of "mechanics" before it takes in the paper. Not user friendly, to many steps to just get a report that the fax went through. The proof of sending faxes report is hard to read, prints out on 2 separate lines you need a ruler to follow the lines.

Get used to faxing printed side up, not down like 99% of other fax machines. The machine will only redial twice before spitting out a "fax failed" paper. This is even if you specify the maximum redials of 5. Every copy takes twice as long because the machine does a double side routine even if you are only copying one page. If you stop a fax midway for any reason the machine feels compelled to spit out a paper telling you "fax error" I waste more paper with this thing than it saves. Dual sided printing is one nice feature. On the whole I would not recommend this.

This printer doesn't include a Scanning feature. Why bother making a multifunction printer and not include scanning? Who even uses FAX anymore?
