We just started taking this product and its sister product Liquid CoQ10, but we have taken tumeric powder in the past and know the benefits of its use in the body. We look forward to its use, and will monitor its affects on the body system of my wife and I, and will rewrite a forward review at a later date once such results are fully known.

I drink it with water and fresh ground pepper corns. I have been using the product for 3 months and notice a big difference in sore and stiffness. I have had three back surgeries and 7 hand surgeries including a rebuilt right hand due to a car accident. I have had horrible arthritis for several years and have literally tried every over the counter product including topical rubs. I've been on prescription meds and cortisone shots for years that only lasted for a few weeks at most. Within 2 weeks of starting this product, my knee pain dropped drastically and the arthritic pain in my fingers, toes and elbows also went away.
