[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Liquid is easier to take then capsules. I mix it with orange juice. It probably is absorbed faster also.

I prefer to purchase the Qunol Turmeric Softgels. The softgels are brown and I can easily distinguish them from the vitamin b complex capsules that I also take daily. I cannot therefore recommend this variety. Stick to the Softgels.

I have been doing my best to make a turmeric/lemon drink every morning, but just don't have the time some days. With this liquid supplement, I'm sure to get my much needed dose of turmeric whether I have time to do the whole drink or not!
