It's great I take 2 in the morning to experience better movements in my body and reduced inflammation

I have been taking Qunol for over a year now. I does seem to reduce inflammation and my every day pains.

My joints started to feel better almost immediately. I take a tablespoon per day and it doesn't even taste too bad. :)
