Qunol® Liquid Turmeric is very good for joint discomfort , it has good absorption, especially with black pepper extract.

I use it daily for anti-inflammatory effects for osteoarthritis. The only downside is the need to take 3 caps a day.

I have been taking this product for 3 months and I feel great. No more inflammation after running, no joint pain. Love this product

I am 89 and my body doesn't produce COQ10 so I'm sure to help keep my levels up with Qunol each morning. Beside the benefits it tastes good !
