Really like the flavor! I Take it to releive inflamation (and pain). Im not sure it has made a difference in my pain, but i may have other problems.

I use to buy my tumric by the pound then mix it with black pepper. Now I just drink it in the morning and I'm on my way. Thanks

Good stuff. Seems to work well. my joints feel much better, and I don't feel as puffy. Pills are easy to swallow.

I use it to help minimize inflammation. I feel better after a round of golf. Especially my feet and ankles.
