Turmeric is so good for inflammation and it's such a pain to peel. I love this product and I look forward to taking it

I have been taking for a week. I have no comment yet, but will after taking for a while, but they are big, but easy to swallow.

I take this everyday to alleviate the edge off of day to day aches and pains. It makes a difference and you can tell when not taking it.
