I take one capsule each evening. After reading the benefits of turmeric, I chose this one because of the company and those endorsing it.

I use one tablet in the morning with my vitamins and one at night because it helps me sleep and I wake with little or no pain in my shoulder.

I am 67 years old and Qunol gives me the confidence that I am doing all the I can to provide protection for my heart!

I take one pill a day and it truly has made a difference in how I feel and how I sustain energy throughout the day.

i have taken other tumeric, but did not notice its effect. using qunol i could feel the effects within 24 hours,it is a great product.

The taste is great and it's so easy to use I have been taking capsules but find this a more effective way to get my Turmeric I'm on my second bottle!

The Qunol capsules are easy to swallow and I an enjoying the many anti-inflammatory health benefits.

I have tried numerous brans of Turmeric and this is my favorite! It seems to reduce inflammation better for me than any other that I have tried.

I don't know how effective it is, yet , but at least it is palatable. Hoping I will notice a difference within the next few weeks.
