I'm using Turmeric for its anti-inflammatory properties. I'm 75 years old with lots of aches and pains, some new, some old, and looking to employ any resource available beyond surgery to arrest any of the discomfort associated with inflammation. I'm not a good drug taker primarily because of their side effects. I seem to be tolerating Turmeric well. I like it in liquid form and its promise of quick absorption. I travel, and the only problem I have is that it's not easily portable.
