I take one of these softgels twice a day and was amazed at how effective they were at controlling my chronic acid reflux.

I use the recommended daily dose and mix with Coconut & Almond milk as I have read that it helps dissolve it for better absorption.

My first bottle gave me the results I expected relieving all of my inflammation in my right hip joint. I highly recommend this product.
