I would continue to take this. Seeing it in the fridge makes it much easier to remember to take everyday than remembering to add it to foods.

I use this product for joint pain / knee pain. I have seen a lot of improvement in the swelling on my joints which has gone down extremely.

This product has reduced swelling in both my back and feet having a direct correlation to the improvement in my ability to play golf.

My husband and I both take this supplement as well as the Qunol CoQ10. This is the best brand we have found by far.

This stuff kicks in and I know it's in my system, the effects are all positive and none of the wasted money I spent on other brands.

I'm a recent (one month) user of this product and I haven't noted any effects (plus or minus) to date.

One of the first things I do in the morning is take Qunol Liquid Turmeric. I seem to have less inflammation since I starting using this.

I gave 4 stars because I don't know if this product is working yet. I definitely have no bad side effects.
