I've heard a lot about tumeric. I FINALLY made the plunge. I bought this for my parents, now it's my turn

This is so easy to take and I can tell a difference in the way I feel. My shoulders are much improved and I can work in the garden without pain now.

This seems to work much better than the capsuls I was taking. Much easier to take, too, as the capsuls were rather large.

I've tried several brands of Turmeric. This works great and appears to last about 12 hours from the initial dose.
