Take this daily and ran out during Holidays and wife bought gummy turmeric. Awful just awful. Ordered as quick as could. Glad to be back on this

I believe in turmerics benefits and have been taking another brands tablets for years. This is way far better! Goes directly into your system.

i like this form much better than pills. I have no way to measure effectiveness, but if you are going to take turmeric, this is the way to do it.
