Use this product everyday and it helps with discomfort in my joints. Haven't found any cons with this product.

I use this in Conjunction with my Staten and I don't notice near the effects that the Staten usually put on your body

I take it twice daily. One in the morning, another in the evening. Can take it with or without meals because it is so easily tolerated.
