i just received my first bottle, following instructions i already am starting to feel so much better !!!

I've only been taking this for two days but I feel an obvious difference. My joints are not as achy.

Liquid turmeric is for more cost effective than the other brand I was buying and I believe it is more efficient in getting into my blood stream.

have just started to take them so will not give it 5 stars till I know for sure. but for now Great no stinky smell~ that is great
