It provides relief from inflammation and seems to improve my mental state as well. It is one of the few things I have taken in 50+ years that I can actually feel the effects of very quickly which is why I use the liquid form.

I tried adding turmeric powder to drinks from my grocery store but that did not help and there would be a very bitter taste if I added more than a 1/4 teaspoon. I buy this product for my mother and father too.They see the improvement in pain and swelling.I am 40 years old I have very severe pain in my knees and doctor diagnosed me with osteoarthritis and Patellofemoral pain syndrome. Doctor prescribed me injections in knees . Then I found this Qunol Extra strength Turmeric. I started taking this because I have a knee problem. I had been taking glucosamine but it really didn't help much. I also travel quite a bit so I like to have that extra help with my immune system. My mother has dementia and I am hoping taking this may help my cognitive function. All in all I am happy I am taking this supplement.
