Last week I bought my first bottle of Liquid Turmeric, I've always used the dry, either culinary or in capsule form, so I'll be monitoring for impact (inflammation reduction). The flavor fine, it's quite tasty, and the texture is like a thin milkshake -- and that I like. I'm pleased that the recipe contains a high level of curcumin, 1000mg per serving, because turmeric absorption is notoriously difficult, especially for older adults (who, ironically, may have the greatest need for noninflammatories!). The recipe also includes black pepper, which increases absorption rates. Taken all together -- high levels of curcumin, black pepper and liquid, I'm hopeful that the absorption rate will be high, and the anti-inflammatory effect will be positive. Would I recommend this to a friend? Too soon to tell.

The more I read about the benefits of Turmeric the more I wanted to add it to the supplements I take to keep healthy. Qunol Liquid Turmeric is the best of the best. Very simple way to consume your daily dose of turmeric. I take turmeric on a daily basis to keep the inflammation in my knee down. The cost of taking Qunol Liquid Turmeric vs the capsules is the liquid turmeric cost more. I don't believe the different in cost is worth it when both form of turmeric are consume the same. Some may say that the liquid turmeric enter the your system more quickly. I'm not sure about that when you add turmeric to any liquid. Turmeric does not mix well or dilute in liquid. It's just turmeric powder with liquid.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Since every BODY is different, I think this product allows one to measure the dosage -- perhaps starting with a small amount (teaspoon) and increasing it -- and find the right level for the person. Product has a good taste.
