I feel Qunol Turmeric gel caps are the best Turmeric for me. I take one in the morning and one at night. I feel this nutrient gives more balance with my diet.

I take a capful every morning & night to tame my inflammation. I ran out once & started to hurt all over. Purchased some more & could tell a difference in two days! Also a good tasting liquid, as I can't take pills.

While I enjoy the taste of this product, It has to be refrigerated. I travel a lot and find that to be a problem for me. Right now, I take the liquid at home and take capsules with me while travelling.

Liquid Tumeric is the most absorbent form of Tumeric we can get! We tried other gel caps and gummies but it wasn't until we used the Qunol liquid that our inflammation issues were relieved (carpal tunnel and knee swelling) Thank you!
