The best part of this is it only takes 1 Tablespoon a day to work it's magic! I take it, my husband takes it, my 84 yr old father takes it, my sister in law and mother in law and my sister and brother in law take it. Brother in law asked his doctor about it before he started and his Dr was all on board with it. M brother whom has been diagnosed with cancer is using it. His Dr approved as well. My husband has arthritis in his hands, on the second day he came home from work and said , ' My hands are hurting way less". After the 4th day, no pain. We had to go on auto-ship, he doesn't ever want to run out. The same for the rest of the family... dad's legs have stopped hurting. My sister has been diagnosed with severe arthritis... she's so happy she tried this at my insistence. As a competitive marathon runner and avid cyclists, I use Qunol Liquid Tumeric daily (sometimes twice a day!) to reduce inflammation in my legs and help speed up my recovery. I love the taste on its own or mixed into a protein shake even a warm cup of almond milk with honey. It also adds a great flavor to soup!

It was terrible. I began taking Qunol and day three, it was as if a "pain" switch was turned off. It has continued to dissipate and has unquestionably sped up my healing process. AMAZING RESULTS!!! I love that this turmeric is in liquid form and kept in the refrigerator. It's refreshing taste makes it so easy to remember to take each morning. When I first started taking this I wasn't sure if it was really working. But when I ran out of my first bottle, boy did I notice a difference in not having it! I now keep an extra bottle on hand so I don't run out. It works great at keeping the inflammation in my feet and hips down, thus keeping the pain at bay. My sister just tried some yesterday and her sciatica pain eased almost immediately!

After retiring from the Marine Corps I spent then next 20 years in law enforcement. After years of running and wearing a heavy duty belt around my waste, my hips would hurt especially at night when I sleep. Qunol Liquid Turmeric at night has made my pain more bearable. I now spend 45 minutes on the bike. I am sure the exercise helps too but I couldn't have done it without the tumeric and a healthy diet avoiding inflammatory products. I started taking this and it helped alot, then stopped taking because I thought maybe I didn't need it since I take alot of other things too. After a couple weeks the pain started coming back at night causing me to not be able to sleep again. I reordered this and a couple nights later I was sleeping good again!
