Usually on my ride to work when I arrive to work and get out the car, I'm so stiff I can barely walk. When I'm on a consistent schedule I don't have that stiffness. Also today on my Dr. visit she suggested taking 1000 mg of Tumeric.

I haven't been taking it long, but so far have not had the recurring tendon inflammation in my fingers since I've started.
