I take tummeric for it's natural anti-inflammatory properties. This product is easy to take, delicious and effective. I'd recommend this as a consumer and as a healthcare professional.

I have been taking this product for over 2 months now and honestly have not noticed any difference in the pain and discomfort of my arthritis. My brother-in-law swears by the stuff however!!

I take 1000 mg of this product each day after breakfast. It doesn't make my joint problems go away but it does seem to help on my recovery time after I have exerted myself.
