I have bone on bone knee arthritis. Need replacing. Im a nurse in a busy area so i gotta b on my feet. This really works well. My knees feel less inflamed and sore so i can do my work and enjoy my off time. Well worth the price. No hype

Easy to use and pour. Plastic cup was marked wrong for 1 Tablespoon dose, though. We simply used a kitchen measuring spoon and used a marker to make a black line for the correct dose on the little cup provided.

Everything about this product is great. I recently got diagnosed with ankylosing spondylitis and the inflammation has been bad. After taking this supplement my inflammation has reduced significantly. 10/10 would recommend.

I initially took this supplement twice a day for 3 weeks , now take it once daily for decreasing inflammation . I have noticed less joint pain , muscle pain . There have been no side effects or digestive problems .
