I researched which tumeric products to try. This one was highly recommended and has the best absorption. First time I took it it helped me right away.

On Blood Thinner. Cannot use normal Anti-inflammatory drugs. Have had Baker's Cyst on knee, which risks blood clots in that leg. Using Tumeric to reduce inflamation and fluid on knee.
