[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I started taking this when the pain from arthritis in my knee got a little overwhelming. At first it upset my stomach, but I cut back and it worked fine. The pain in my knee is much better now.

I haven't noticed any reduction in inflammation or lessoning of pain. It's easy to take, well priced, no flavor so that's good but no effects after several months.

Outstanding product for arthritis pain for neck and fingers , just finish my first bottle going for the second, it takes about 6 to 8 weeks to take effect. Very happy with the results. Everyone Keep taken it and be patient.

I take 1000 mg of this product each day after breakfast. It doesn't make my joint problems go away but it does seem to help on my recovery time after I have exerted myself.
