I've been using this for about 6 months, and I have noticed an improvement in joint pain and therefore mobility. I take it twice a day as recommended and it has been helpful.

It is pleasant tasting and easy to take. I think it helps in that i have not been sick when people around me had coughs and colds. Not sure if it helps with energy, but am a little less tired.

am 67 years old and take one serving every morning first thing. I run six miles 5 times a week and it seems to help me recover very well eliminating any inflammation response. Plus it also has a pleasant taste.

I have tried quinolone turmeric for 15 days with no reduction in pain. A second 15 day supply purchased today with hopes it starts to work, if not I will not waste any more funds.
