Heard about the benefits of Turmeric for body joint inflammation through a doctor. I use Qunol CoQ10 and decided to try the Qunol turmeric. Over time I have noticed minor aches and pains have disappeared; most noticeably in the morning.

For people that have a difficult time swallowing, this makes it easy. My wife who has some neurological issues has started to take it in reducing some pain.

I've tried taking turmeric in various forms and never stuck with it every day. Made the "golden milk", used a tea that included turmeric and ginger (yuk!), etc. This is so much easier to do every morning!

I take two teaspoons a day mixed together with my Qunol CoQ10. I have noticed a very calm and good feeling in my body/joints. Taking combined with the CoQ10 gives it a much better flavor. Make sure to refrigerate, also makes it easier to take.

Highly recommend the Qunol Turmeric! I suffer from very painful Achilles' tendon & heel pain & this stuff worked so well for me! Within days, the pain was much less. Hope it works for you as well!
