I have been taking the Turmeric Curcumin Complex capsules and just started using the gummies. I have no inflammation anymore. My feet and ankles used to swell up and since using Qunol CoQ10 & Turmeric the swelling is gone. I recommend it highly.

I have taken the liquid Turmeric once a day for 2 weeks. So far I can't tell if I am getting any reduction in inflamation. I am not enjoying the taste.
