II am new to turmeric. This is my 3rd day. Tastes pretty good. I take it in the morning. I think it is still a little early to be seeing results but I think it will improve my overall health.

I take tummeric for it's natural anti-inflammatory properties. This product is easy to take, delicious and effective. I'd recommend this as a consumer and as a healthcare professional.
