I take 2 tablets everyday to help with my arthritis. My joints become inflamed and are painful but after taking the this supplement for a few minutes, I notice that I am not complaining as much about the pain and discomfort.

I take the turmeric daily as I have a compressed L1. I do not take any other pain meds using only the turmeric. The flavor is great and the anti-inflammatory benefit is great. Glad I found this product.
