I have been taking this product for over 2 months now and honestly have not noticed any difference in the pain and discomfort of my arthritis. My brother-in-law swears by the stuff however!!

Used to be able to do around 20 sit ups with getting very sore. Now I can do a 100 sit ups with 20lbs. weight with hardly any soreness. Taste good. Going to try for my hart health and skin.
