I have been taking this product for over 2 months now and honestly have not noticed any difference in the pain and discomfort of my arthritis. My brother-in-law swears by the stuff however!!

I take capsules directly after a meal. I am pleased that the taste is not unpleasant, and I have not experienced any stomach discomfort after taking them.

I have been using this product for about 2 months now and i can say that for at least the last month my pain after heavy gym weight lifting or long distance running has been minimized. I feel much less pain and recover is faster.
