I am 56 ears old and am used to taking daily vitamins for energy and health. I've reduce some vitamins since taking coq10. It's a great product and easy to use.

I've tried numerous turmeric supplements and Qunol Extra Strength Turmeric Circumin ultra high absorption has been by far the best. The soft gems are easy to swallow and my arthritis is being held at bay.

I usually take the pill form 2 times a day and usually forget. This Taste good and convenient because you only have to take it ones a day. My kids take it also and don't complain about the taste either.
