I have experienced some relief in my joints and my tendinitis since using this product. However, you have to drink it cold as the taste is a bit strong if it is warm.

I've been using Qunol Turmeric for a couple of weeks to help with inflammation and bone loss. Although I don't know the benefits of my bone density I do know that I wake up in the morning without the stiffness that I;m used to.
