I take this everyday in addition to my regular RA medicine. I feel it helps control my small flare ups and allows me to continue with my daily routines without interrupts.

I took this product to help reduce inflammation which causes pain around a bone spur on my shoulder blade. It works amazing! It is as if the bone spur has disappeared. I love it!
